Martindale-Hubbell, the oldest attorney-rated service in the country, has given Farmer and Fitzgerald P.A., and both named partners, Matt Farmer and Timothy J. Fitzgerald, AV ratings, the highest possible ratings a lawyer can achieve for both legal skills and ethics. These ratings are based on peer reviews from other attorneys who are familiar with an attorney’s work. We have achieved this rating every year for the last 15 years.

Florida’s Best Lawyers Magazine, based on the opinions of fellow lawyers, named Farmer & Fitzgerald to its list of the best attorneys in the State of Florida. The method used to compile Best Lawyers has remained unchanged since the first edition was compiled more than 25 years ago. Lawyers listed in Best Lawyers are chosen for inclusion based solely on the vote of their peers. Listings cannot be bought, and no purchase is required to be included. In this regard, Best Lawyers remains the gold standard of reliability and integrity in lawyer ratings.
